The stunning 94 POINT 2020 vintage…ready to rock your world! One of Italy’s most ICONIC families – and their revered Pian delle Vigne Brunello (don’t confuse it with their Rosso of the same name) is always on the checklist for must-try Brunellos in every vintage!!! This 2020 matched the score of the ICONIC 2019 vintage with one top critic, and Wine Spectator?! They considered this 2020 an UPGRADE…and I gotta say… I’m on board and vibin’ on that call! This 2020 PUMPS like Kelly Slater doing the Huntington Hop – driving forward red raspberries and cherries, with flecks of white pepper, and sandalwood, then hints of cranberry and orange zest, and this sanguine mineral and graphite finish that tightens up like a Chinese finger-trap! Delicate yet substantial, immediately gratifying yet structured enough to provide all kinds of pleasure for years to come. WOWZA!
